To Keep or Not to Keep...

So I was stoked on these (product) red beats by dre solos and hunted them down for less than retail. The packaging and style def get an A from me. They look really cool but after listening to about 20 songs on them, they have yet to out perform my $45 high def sony earbuds. I expected to be blown away by them but instead I've just grown to appreciate my sony's that much more - they play my weezer and my pac amazingly. I've been told to give them about 100 hours of break in time so I guess we'll see what happens.

Update: i got rid of the purty thangs and grabbed some $400 ultimate ears on amazon for $140. they kill the beats in terms of richness and clarity and still pick up low frequency bass (which I live for). Chea!

So the search a new speechwriter begins... Hahahahaha LAME!

So...I have 5 thoughts and one pic to share today

1) No one should have as much fun as I did last Thursday. Mr. Keil...you already know.
2) I recently learned that the human body can nearly be completely reconstructed using a variety of other animal parts. (I'll post examples from the awesome book I'm reading in a bit)
3) What is up with the resurgence of camel toe? Gross. Please learn how jeans, workout pants, and jumpsuits are actually supposed to fit. Thx.
4) Oh you fancy, huh? Yep.
5) Pumpkin Spice Latte = Thumbs Up. 'Tis the season!

I'm a tad late on this, but anyway, pics have surfaced of the "lost" iphone that was found at a bar in redwood city. My best guess is that it was deliberately left to keep the hype machine going. Apple is the best when it comes to hyping up products whether we need (or even want) them or not *cough* ipad *cough*. Anyway, I both need and want this bad boy. So...copped!

Next on the copped list is comet 95s...I can't believe they're actually doing right by such a classic shoe and not completely trashing it w/ "new" ideas (recall the hot red 95s and the patent..). I'm sure people will complain about the small air unit but that's the least of my concern re: these. Can't wait for these to drop and then I need to find a discount hahaha

Dust Myself Off And Try Again

So, i've totally neglected this blog. Never felt like I had to add anything I really cared about or to edit my photos the way I wanted. But who cares, I'm back! As much time as I spend...well...waste on other things, why shouldn't some of that time be dedicated to my creative outlet? Most of my creative outlet space was spent on the court and now that my ankle has precluded that from happening for quite some time, I might as well take advantage of this opportunity.

The last time I posted here, was the day before my birthday. I can't believe how many thoughts, feelings, curiosities, apathetic days, and days full of promise have passed but alas it is April 8, 2010 - time to dust myself off along w/ my blog and try again.
